Prominent gaming machine and systems innovator, International Game Technology (IGT), has followed Swedish iGaming firm, NetEnt AB, in inking a distribution deal with all the HollywoodCasino.com domain name from Penn National Gaming Incorporated.

The London-headquartered innovator used an official Thursday press launch to detail that the last-minute arrangement signed with the Penn Online Entertainment LLC subordinate of Penn National Gaming Incorporated by its own PlayDigital subsidiary would be to see it provide the Pennsylvania-facing site with its PlayCommand electronic gaming platform in addition to a choice of games and services.

IGT explained that the arrangement will allow online gaming aficionados from Pennsylvania to enjoy an assortment of its own video slots including the popular Ocean Magic, Elephant King, Cleopatra and Wheel of Fortune names while also benefiting from its own PlayPoker and PlayBingo innovations.

Online expansion for 2019:
For its own part, Penn National accounts for some 40 land-based casinos and racetracks from 18 authorities and it paid a $10 million licensing fee in July to have the ability to give real-money internet poker, slots and table games to players in Pennsylvania. The operator is now awaiting official permission from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to start money gaming via HollywoodCasino.com and hopes to be completely up and running when the first quarter of next year.
