Leading provider of B2B Daily Fantasy Sports and pool betting, Scout Gaming, has agreed a commercial deal that will see Mexican gaming and entertainment conglomerate, Logrand Entertainment Group, granted complete access to the Norwegian company’s entire Fantasy Sports platform.

The strategic agreement is key for Scout Gaming, with the Mexican market being similar to that of the neighboring U.S. market and the broader LatAm market. Prior to the upcoming launch, the Norway-headquartered provider will add new sports and some leagues in addition to what the company currently has on offer.
Launch expected by Q2:
Fantasy Sports will be launched by Logrand’s online brand Strendus and is expected to take place by the first half of this year at the latest, according to the press release.
Commenting on the new partnership, Chief Executive Officer for Scout Gaming, Andreas Ternström said…

Network size significant:
Long-term revenue for Scout is reportedly dependent on the number and to what extent Logrand customers engage in Scout Gaming’s product offering. Additionally, the size of the provider’s network is significant in that it makes the game more attractive and is expected to have larger prize pools on offer, which in turn increases the overall appeal for consumers.
Established in 2005 and headquartered in the city-municipality of San Pedro Garza García, Logrand, in addition to 14 casinos across Mexico, operates 6,000 gaming terminals at facilities in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Cancun. At the present time, Logrand reportedly employs more than 3,500 people.
2018 production:
In addition to receiving permission from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) to offer its B2B solutions to operators licensed in the UK and being awarded ”Best DFS Product” at SBC Awards 2018, Scout has scored multiple licensing agreements with top operators, including in late December with leading provider of innovative and efficient turnkey solutions, Knockout Gaming, as well as with tier 1 operator, Dafabet.
Prior to that, the Bergan-headquartered company penned a distribution deal with developer and aggregator of third-party content, WeAreCasino.
