NetEnt aims the US market following the firm has applied for a license with The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) to provide local operators using its world-leading online casino games.
Back in October 2017, the Pennsylvania state legislature approved a bill that allows online casino gambling. At the moment NetEnt has registered the program on The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) for a Pennsylvania gaming license to have the ability to bring its slots and table sport portfolio to Pennsylvania casinos for their online casino operations.
Pennsylvania is the second large US state to control online casino. With population of nearly 13 million people, it’s the fifth biggest state by population. The country has a long tradition of gambling on the land-based side, with players creating relatively high gross game earnings per capita.
