Kindred Group has accepted the projected cash amount of GBP 0.551 at its AGM. The dividend will be distributed to investors on May 22, 2018.
Other resolutions from the AGM comprise the re-election of Kristofer Arwin, Peter Boggs, Peter Friis, Stefan Lundborg and Anders Ström as Directors of the Corporation.
Helene Barnekow and Gunnel Duveblad were elected as new directors of the Corporation.
