According to the official media release, Macy, who exited the company in pursuit of other interests, will assist with the transition necessary.
The Board’s search for a successor to Macy will start immediately. “The Board thanks Peter for his years of leadership and service,” said the organization ’s Chairman, David Danziger.
Miodunski has held past executive positions, having served as Chairman and CEO of AGS, LLC (formerly, American Gaming Systems, Inc.) and as President and CEO of Alliance Gaming Corporation, the predecessor to Bally Technologies, Inc. which is now Scientific Games Corporation.
“I can’t imagine a better person than Bob to transition the Company into new direction. We are fortunate to have him,” said David Danziger.
