Instead of the usual lure to vulnerable gamers, advertising is an essential licensing tool that guarantees taxation, player security, and regulatory compliance, Haijer will reveal.
Kim Mouridsen, Associate Professor at Aarhus University, Managing Director Cercare Medical, and creator of Mindway AI, will discuss methods to support operators’ efforts to create long-term customer connections with a focus on responsible gaming.
Mouridsen’s approach, based on a combination of AI and expert tests, has been shown to work in the early detection of problematic gambling behavior and early intervention. His AI-based responsible gaming program has already been successfully employed by Danish operator Danske Spil.
