Internet casino and sportsbook operator, Betway Limited, has announced the signing of a deal that has seen it become the official betting partner for German top-flight soccer club, Fortuna Dusseldorf.

Based on an official media release published by boutique gambling event planner, European Gaming Media and Events, United Kingdom and Malta-licensed Betway Limited is mostly responsible for its domain name at Betway.com and clarified its arrangement with the Dusseldorf-based group is set to run until the completion of this 2020/21 season.

Playing its home games in the 54,600-seat Merkur Spiel-Arena, Fortuna Dusseldorf was promoted from the second tier of German soccer last year and will now hope to reevaluate its own successes of the early 1970s when the North Rhine-Westphalia side twice finished as runner-up behind perennial domestic champion Bayern Munich
Betway Limited comprehensive it has functioned as the principal sponsor of English Premier League side West Ham United since 2005 while also having a similar partnership in place with Bundesliga continuous Werder Bremen. It’s similar deals with Belgian top-flight outfit Anderlecht, Serie A giant AS Roma plus a trio of all La Liga clubs in Levante UD, CD Leganes and Deportivo Alaves.

Antony Werkman, Chief Executive Officer for Betway Limited, announced that the agreement with Fortuna Dusseldorf has ‘bolstered our hands at the German market’ also follows the signing before in the summer of the arrangements with the three Spanish clubs and Italy’s AS Roma.
