Italy’s gaming authority Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (AAMS) has given the green light to Playtech’s proposed Euro 846 million bargain for a first 70.6 percent slice of gaming operator SNAI.
Completion of this original majority share is expected some time in June 2018 with the entire 100 percent acquisition expected by year end.
